A  Final Cut Pro X transition that uses wide and short horizontal wave distortions for a “Scooby-Doo” flashback effect.

Use this transition to show a jump to the past to explain something in the present, or to illustrate what a character is remembering

This plugin is for Final Cut Pro X 10.0.6 and newer

You can control the speed and dimensions of the waves.

Controls

Wave Height controls how tall each wave is on the screen – high values mean less waves.

Speed controls how fast the waves move.

Waviness controls the maxiumum wave distortion.

Fade Outgoing helps when the incoming clip isn’t fully opaque – such as when using transparent logos.
